"This is our Time Up North, our home, and what it looked like in the summer of 2022. The sun, the flora, the fauna, the sea, the sand, hibiscus hanging over our fence, bananas, cut mango, palm trees, rusty roofs, faded paint on our weatherboard house, the rain on our tin roof, hot afternoons, the neighbour’s pool, the sound of cicadas at sunset and cool breezes at midnight.
